Small runes gain +1, Medium and Large +2, and Giant +3. Frames of Power instead give boosts to direct damage attributes, based on rune size. Mystical Frames will grant mostly a +1 increase to combat abilities the exception being Masterwork runes that instead give +3 to secondary attributes like Memory or Wits.
